1982–2004 Chevy S-10 / GMC S-15 Rear Air Suspension Kit

EKMW rear air suspension kit for 1982–2004 Chevy S-10 and GMC S-15 mini trucks. The kit uses a 2-link suspension, welded notch, bag mounts, shock mounting and panhard-bar components to convert the rear of the truck to air suspension.

How the kit installs

The one-piece notch slips over the frame and welds in place. Upper shock mounts are already welded to the notch crossbars. After the notch is installed, the frame is cut and boxed using the supplied filler pieces.

The 2-link bars install using the factory hangers and bolt to the rear axle with the supplied U-bolts. The bars include the lower bag mounts. The factory U-bolt plates are retained with the lower shock mounts.

The upper bag mounts are positioned over the 2-link bag mounts and welded in place. The notch already includes the panhard-bar frame mount; weld the axle-side mount to finish the suspension layout.

Installation note

This kit requires welding, frame cutting and fabrication. Confirm wheel/tire size and intended ride height before installation.
