Shop Air Management Kits2002–2008 Dodge Ram 1500 rear air suspension kit for trucks running up to 28-inch wheels. This vehicle-specific EKMW package converts the factory leaf-spring rear suspension to a 2-link air-ride setup and is designed to lay the truck on the ground when installed and set up correctly.
Fitment: 2002–2008 Dodge Ram 1500. Confirm your exact chassis, axle setup, wheel/tire size and desired laid-out height before ordering.
The one-piece notch slips over the frame and welds in place. After the notch is installed, the frame is cut and boxed with the supplied filler plates. Install the 2-link bars on the factory hangers and bolt them to the rear axle with the included U-bolt kit. Position and weld the upper bag mounts over the lower mounts, then install the panhard bar using the mount built into the notch and the supplied weld-on axle mount.
Professional installation is required. This kit requires welding, frame cutting and suspension-fabrication experience. Final ride height, clearance and suspension geometry depend on the complete vehicle setup.
